Viasat Unlocks Five-fold Capacity Boost for Business Aviation In-flight Connectivity over the United States

2 September 2025 – Viasat announced that its JetXP business aviation in-flight broadband service is now delivering five times more capacity across the Eastern United States, with a phased nationwide expansion in the coming months. All Viasat’s business aviation customers using the Honeywell JetWave or Gogo Plane Simple Ka-band terminals are benefitting from the capacity boost for an even greater connectivity experience, supporting data-hungry applications – such as high-definition video conferencing, content streaming and generative AI – on multiple devices at the same time.
