11 December 2025 – Loft is proud to announce that a significant contract has been signed with CNES under the IOD-IOV (In Orbit Demonstration / In Orbit Validation) framework, a major step forward for France’s sovereign space ambitions. Three consecutive missions are scheduled to launch in 2026, 2027, and 2028, underscoring Loft’s long-term commitment to supporting national space infrastructure and rapid access to orbit. This agreement marks a continued deepening of Loft’s role as a trusted partner to the French government, supporting the rapid validation of new space technologies that will shape future sovereign space capabilities. The program is part of the France 2030 government program and is focused on accelerating the path from ideation to operational missions. It marks a strong vote of confidence in Loft’s “space infrastructure-as-a-service” model, which offers customers a turnkey access to space, from satellite integration to launch and operations.
