3 August 2026 – Intuitive Machines, Inc., a space technology, infrastructure, and services leader, today announced it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Goonhilly Earth Station Limited (“Goonhilly”) and completed the acquisition of COMSAT LLC, world-class deep space communications providers with major ground station assets in the United Kingdom and the United States. The acquisition strengthens Intuitive Machines’ space infrastructure service with a network of ground stations, increasing visibility across major Earth viewing arcs, enhancing contact opportunities for lunar and deep space missions, and expanding capacity on the Company’s space data network for communications, data transport, and position, navigation, and timing (PNT).
