Nobuhito Takei is the General Manager of Global Business Division at SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation (SJC), a satellite operator with a fleet of 18 satellites. SJC provides reliable satellite services over Asia, Oceania, Russia, Middle East and North America, and also operates Japan’s largest DTH platform, “Sky Perfect TV!”

After graduating from Sophia University in 1996, he started his career at Space Communications Corporation, which later became SJC, and was engaged in Domestic Sales, Business Planning and Satellite Procurement. Prior to assuming his current role, he was the Team Manager responsible for marketing activities for US and EU customers.

Mr. Mark Hyung-Joon Kim is COO/Senior Executive Vice President of KT SAT. Prior to this position he served as EVP/Head of Global Business Unit of KT in 2018. And he worked as EVP/Head of the PyeonChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games BU of KT from Dec. 2014 to Mar. 2018 and COO/Senior Executive Vice President of KT Skylife (DTH service provider in South Korea) from 2013 to 2014.

Mark Hyung-Joon Kim graduated from University of Southern California, USA with BS in Business Administration. He acquired MS in Technology Management from State University of New York at Stony Brook, USA.

Tom Ochinero manages SpaceX’s international commercial sales efforts in Asia and Europe. In this role, he focuses on sales and business development while deepening SpaceX’s relationships with satellite operators in the region. Prior to assuming his current responsibility at SpaceX, Tom served as CEO at Structural Mechanics Corporation in Los Angeles and as a Sales Trader for Goldman Sachs in Tokyo.

Tom has published numerous technical papers on aerospace composite structures and is an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He holds a PhD in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Virginia Tech, a MS in Material Science and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester, and is a Stanford Certified Project Manager.

Sabrina Cubbon, is AsiaSat’s Vice President, Marketing and Global Accounts. Sabrina is responsible for developing key global strategic accounts as well as driving activities in marketing, communications and corporate affairs of the Company. She has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the telecommunications industry.

Prior to joining AsiaSat in August 1992, she was employed by Case Communications between 1987 and 1992 as the Regional Manager Asia-Pacific responsible for the sales and marketing activities to multinational clients. She graduated from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, with a Master’s Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, specialized in cryptography.

Richard Bowles joined Arianespace in 1986. At first working in a marketing support function he quickly moved to sales and took responsibility for Turkey and Canada. After successfully proving himself in those areas he was given the responsibility of promoting sales in S.E. Asia.

In 1991 his efforts were rewarded when the first satellite launch contract for Arianespace in South East Asia was signed for launching Thaicom 1. Since then many satellite launch contracts have been signed by Arianespace for customers in the region.

Mr. Bowles opened Arianespace’s Asean office in December 1996 and is currently their regional Director for Asean countries.

After graduating from Keio University in 1983, he started his career at NEC Corporation and was engaged in IT systems and International Sales. Then he developed his career as Manager of Production and Sales at NOMURA Co., Ltd., a multi-national exhibition and display company. In 1998, he joined Japan Satellite Systems Inc., which later became JSAT Corporation and merged into current SJC. Prior to assuming his current role, he was the General Manager responsible for managing Global Sales and Business Development.

Kheng Ghee manages Singtel’s satellite group, serving customers in Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific through Singtel’s own satellites or partnerships with key satellite operators. Kheng Ghee has been with Singtel for almost 3 decades in various management positions in portfolios ranging from satellite services, wholesale data services, wholesale voice services, system integrator and SME sales in various locations beside Singapore such as Australia, Taiwan and Belgium.

He graduated with a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering fromSingapore National University and has a Master of Science in Management degree from the Stanford Sloan Business School.

Kevin Reyes is Senior Director, Sales – Asia/Pacific, for ILS (International Launch Services). He joined ILS in 2016 as Senior Director of Sales, leading sales and business development for Proton and Angara launch services for the Asia/Pacific region and SmallSat/Rideshare customers. Reyes has over 35 years in the aerospace industry at Rockwell International, McDonnell Douglas, and The Boeing Company on the Titan II and IV payload fairings, Delta II, Delta IV, and Sea Launch, and commercial satellite programs.

Hiroshi Koyama is currently Executive Fellow of Electronic Systems Group of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (MELCO).

In April of 1987, he had joined in MELCO and started his career as Chief Engineer for rendezvous and docking system of Engineering Satellite-VII (ETS-VII) & H-II Transfer Vehicle (HTV) in Kamakura Works. Since then, he has experienced satellite system development and project management of various satellites including Communication Satellites, Earth Observation Satellites and Navigation Satellites.

In April of 2008, he was appointed General Manager of Office for Space Utilization and Strategy Planning at MELCO Head Quarters. He was responsible for promoting utilization of space in various fields such as navigation fields using Quasi Zenith Satellite. In April of 2015, he was appointed Executive Fellow of Electronic Systems Group and responsible for business development for MELCO space activities and promoting utilization of space.

Daryl Mossman is a Vice President of marketing and SSL, a full-service provider of communications satellites and space systems. He is responsible for the marketing and sales of the company’s communications satellites and systems in Asia and the Pacific. Mr. Mossman has more than 25 years experience in the industry. Mr. Mossman rejoined SSL in 2010 after a ten-year hiatus when he worked in sales for a variety of companies in the telecom industry including Nominum, BEA Systems., and LongBoard.

Prior to that, Mr. Mossman was executive director of marketing and sales for SSL from 1997 to 2000.

Mr. Mossman earned a BS degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan and holds a MBA degree from Pepperdine University.
