The Taipei Computer Association (TCA) is Taiwan’s leading information and communications technology (ICT) industry association. Established in 1974, TCA represents more than 4,000 member companies across software, hardware, semiconductors, components, manufacturing, systems integration, and communications services, collectively contributing to over 80% of Taiwan’s ICT industry output.
TCA plays a central role in promoting Taiwan’s technology ecosystem through industry collaboration, international partnerships, exhibitions, policy advocacy, and talent development. It is the co-organizer of globally recognized events including COMPUTEX Taipei and the Smart City Summit & Expo, helping connect Taiwan’s innovation ecosystem with international markets and partners.
Through its industry platforms and alliances, including initiatives in next-generation communications, TCA actively supports collaboration across satellite communications, NTN, 5G/6G, AI, smart mobility, and digital infrastructure, strengthening Taiwan’s role as a global technology and connectivity hub
