As the 2nd half of 2021 prepares for normalization, strategic plans that were put on hold by COVID-19 are slowly beginning to be dusted off and tweaked. Long-term initiatives are being implemented in order to hit the growth curve to replenish coffers and realize revenues from key verticals, emerging segments and key customers. This session will look at the market position and status of satellite operators currently in key areas such as backlog, losses and gains. Market targets will be examined as well in terms of where growth is most robust and how to competitively position operator offerings within the value chain. Is it business as usual or are new capabilities being required by customers? Which offerings will continue and what segments need to be reconsidered for the emerging supply and demand landscape in Asia? What strategic initiatives and innovation will be required in order to generate the highest growth?
